Program
At GAC, we uphold our Corporate Social Responsibility with utmost dedication. We firmly believe in the transformative power of education, especially in empowering aspiring women to pursue careers in aviation.
Through our initiative, we aim to support women who dream of soaring the skies but are hindered by financial constraints. We provide funding for women to pursue various career paths within the aviation industry, including:
- Commercial Pilot
- Cabin Crew
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
- Aeronautical Engineer

Commitment to Aviation Careers for All
Scholarship Criteria
To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years old at the start of the program and not turn 34 in the same year.
- Be between 150 – 200 cm tall.
- Have completed secondary education (with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English).
- Submit a short motivational application letter (maximum 300 words).
- Submit a short selfie video explaining why you deserve the free study placement (maximum 2 minutes).
- Be active on social media and willing to document and share your study journey.
Scholarship Coverage
The scholarship covers
the cost of tuition fees, boarding fees, examination fees, transportation fees etc., which includes:
Theoretical & Practical training.
Travel to the concerned training Institute.
Accommodation in the Institute boarding facility.
- Theoretical & Practical training.
- Travel to the concerned training Institute.
- Accommodation in the Institute boarding facility.
- Theory & Practical examination fee to the concerned Civil Aviation Authority.
- Aviation medical examination fees as required in the concerned segment.
